Luke was confused for a moment. He'd know Taka long enough to tell when the woman went from a good mood into a bad one. But the things that confused him, momentarily, was the fact that her anger was seemingly directed at him. Why? Was referencing the Bount beneath the prison in this context such a problem? Maybe it was how Luke said it that angered Taka. Regardless how, he had pissed her off. But she was keeping her cool about it. She glided through her words, explaining how things would work for Aura if she chose to start living here. Frowning for a moment, it seemed Luke was going to have to repeat himself to her. "Like I just said. I just found her yesterday. She locked herself inside a shipping container and asked me to keep watch until morning." Luke explained.
But now it was Luke's turn to get a little mad. Taka began talking to him like a little kid. As if she didn't think he had thought this through. His frown deepened. "Again...like I just said...I brought her to you because I wasn't sure I could do it myself. And yes, I understand." Luke replied, before Aura gave her own opinion on the matter. Well, he was certainly glad she decided to accept the offer. Still, he was slightly surprised that Aura claimed she could have been old enough to be a great times ten grandmother of his despite her youthful appearance. But, regardless, it seemed the matter was settled. Aura now had a place she could call home that would keep her from endangering people at night.

Zaluu was pleased, not only that Aura was willing to abide by her rules, but that she was willing to help out around the place. Learn a trade, maybe even being one of her mechanics or Racers. That would certainly give her something to do when it was still light out. Well...perhaps just a mechanic. The races ran a little late into the night after all. However it was obvious that Luke was a little incredulous as to the idea. Noticing that Frown she paused and tilted her head a little as she realized that HE was the one being upset.
She eyed him, and for just a moment, the left side of her body shimmered, sliding out of view for just a moment as Zaluu responded to what she perceived to be a slightly threatening tone. It was more an anxious tick than anything else, but she set it aside for the time being. "That's good. A trade is not only good to pay your way, but it's a good distraction." She then paused, eyeing Aura for a moment before shaking her head. She was old? She wondered how old.
"It seems like everyone has an understanding then. We have the terms. Outside of what I laid out, you're free to do whatever you like. And Luke." she took a moment to watch him, as if measuring him for several long moments. eventually a soft smile crossed her features. " I'm happy that you brought this to my attention. I understand that we don't always get along. And that you sometimes feel uncomfortably driven to stare at my chest. But I'm at the very least glad that you came to me as quickly as you did." she noted, giving a solemn nod of her head before looking to Aura.
"Now then. Why don't we see about Aura's living space during the day."

Aura gave the pair a quick nod as she waited to see what was in store for her. From the looks of things there was a lot to do; from customer service, to bar-tending, maintenance, etc etc. The Bount could learn a lot of different things in terms of business or technical skills. However, what to really go for was something that she questioned herself. Great, it was like school all over again. Aura didn't really know what to do with herself when it came to the future. Hell, even with Erika, the Bount still didn't have a grasp as to what to do. Freedom would be required to really think about such things. But, in some way, she was free. So far, the night time would be a challenge for her to get over. At least it left her the day time, for what that would do for her if she went to school.
Aura would have to work something out with the school in order to learn. That was something that she would have to discuss with them in person. She could do so during the week when moving her things to the new location. Other than that, the Bount could only wonder what was going to happen with her new residence. "I don't really know what kind of profession to get into, but hopefully something that I enables me to interact with more people. I'm not really good with it yet, so I want some practice." Being human was something that was going to be difficult to do, especially with her own circumstances. Feeling the need to balance out her flaws, she needed to put forth more effort than everyone else in the matter.
"I don't really have much fighting experience, just some planning and theorizing. And as for my Dolls, I can't feel them at all. So I am guessing that I am not strong enough to bring them out yet." Just a bit of intel about herself in terms of abilities. Something direct and precise. She just wanted to get to the point. "My battle experience isn't much, but I'd like to get some of that too. I can't be wandering outside around Karakura without at least some kind of protection." she laughed. Though, when the night arrived, Aura would be the most dangerous being running about.
