Training for CTP
10 Paragraphs here.
It was a cool and cloudy day in the Soul Society as a young redheaded Shinigami had been limping torwards the squad four barracks. The streets were full of Shinigami and the redhead had stumbled for a moment before recovering herself. The shinigami would have a cracked knuckle, broken fingernails, and several sprains and bruises. Her training with Shikadai-San and her own training had caused her to be so injured today. It was a Monday she believed. It was hard for Senshi to think straight with her fingers involuntarily clenching and unclenching as she had reached the barracks of squad four.
Blood had dripped from her nails as she would take a deep breath entering the barracks observing the place. She had never been to another barracks than her own as there was never a real need to. To any squad four members present who could see the injured shinigami, the first thing they would be able to see would be her injuries and how pained she looked. The second thing they would be able to see was her long crimson hair tied into a ponytail and her cerulean sky blue eyes. How she wished she hadn't pushed herself so hard at training. The third and final thing that would stick out is that some may be able to sense she has quite the strong spiritual pressure.
In the academy she had a pretty large Spiritual Pressure and as such; Reiatsu Reserves. Many Shinigami called it a blessing although others had called it a curse. She could definately understand why they would say such things. It was true that she was capable of using more Reiatsu based attacks and more often, but it also made her an easier target to find. Based on her studies, Hollows usually go for the target with the largest spiritual pressure. That fact worries her to this day as she knows exactly how terrifying they can be. She had been training hard so that she may protect herself from the said creatures. However, she was going too far ahead of herself. She needed a medic.
Senshi honestly had no idea on what the first step was to finding a medic for her and how they would treat her. Would she have to pay a sort of fee seeing she wasn't on duty? Would she have to be put on a waiting list seeing her wounds weren't serious like in the hospitals in the world of the living? The young Shinigami would find out as she would wander the interior searching for a healer. Hopefully she would find one soon as she was not feeling very well.
She was slim, petite, and had a decent chest although of course she would dress modestly. She was a soldier not a romantacist. She had quite the shy personallity and is very respectful to individuals. Her left ankle was bent at an odd angle as she would try not to apply too much weight on the wound. Her Zanpakutou appeared to be a standard 60 inch katana secured at her right side. Her Shinigami robes were securely wrapped around her frame as she took step by step taking in the surroundings.
She saw it wasn't unlike her barracks except for the fact that she saw many more medical supplies lying around the area. The shinigami here had been training in the art of Kaido rather than Hado or Bakudo which was completely understandable. There were a few that trained in combat and others were actually treating patients already. Squad Four in her opinion was a squad that many people underestimated or took for granted. How wrong they are to do so. Squad four is one of if not the most important squad to maintain within the soul society. Without them, the military would fall apart. Although...if any other squad were to be destroyed...she wouldn't know how crippling it would be to the Soul Society.
The redhead had respect to all people although she especially respects squad four. These people saved lives and assisted every other squad daily as their roles as healers was detrimental in the military infrastructure. She would admire their determination to help the injured, sick, and dying as they debatably have the roughest job in the Soul Society. True they may have the fewest casualties and fatality rates, but they are also the ones that prevent said things to happen in other squads.
She had seen several squad four members busy with their own training or healing wounded of their own. From her shy nature she would not approach them and would instead search for a medic that seemed available. Her skin was a pale white as crimson fell from her fingertips. She only looked to be 16 although she was already in her 80s. It was odd being chatised by those who forget that age does not matter in the soul society as appearence and actual age varies. She would have wandered for around five minutes before deciding perhaps waiting was the best option. The unseated officer had taken a seat at a bench as she tried not to succumb to the agony of her wounds.
Looking to the sky the Shinigami had tried to think of anything else other than the pain she felt. She thought of training, reading a good book, her friends, her dreams and ambitions as she would lean back against the back of the bench. Her hands would be outstretched so they can bleed freely onto the sandy road instead of getting it on her seat or her clothes. Blood would drip slowly as it turned the sand a darker color slowly. She knows she won't be making the same mistake again. Training without caution was reckless and it would be a mistake she wouldn't make again. Perhaps if the medic she met was nice they could share a cup of tea together and talk.
The wind had blown through the area as Senshi had closed her eyes taking deep breaths. She really hoped she wouldn't have to pay some sort of cost or that if she did it wouldn't be overly expensive. The Shinigami didn't have much Ryo to spare at the moment and hadn't dared to take any missions before she believed she was well trained enough to take care of herself. After all, she wouldn't want to go out just to die from a Hollow or rather Hollows. She feared the fact that she could very well die out in the human world but understands that if prepared...she can very well avoid that fate. Perhaps the medic who comes to her would be willing to assist her in her training. She hasn't made many friends in Soul Society and she could use some more.
