Kai stared up at Beary for a few more moments before she realized Tima was speaking to her. She wrinkled her nose as he told her he'd been putting pressure on her, but then she sighed. At least she wasn't weak. She reached up to poke Beary's belly - Squeak-y. She grinned then. Definitely still plush. As he spoke about getting his hands on her, however, her grin died, and she looked at him as he disappeared. Get his hands on me? Roughly? She shuddered and hugged her knees, and Beary shifted to look at her.
Kai waved Beary away and she crawled out from under him, looking down at her palms as she stood up. "Need to get some cream on these..." She looked up at Beary and frowned. This was an eight foot stuffed bear with bigass shields on his arms. There was no way she was going to get him home without someone seeing. As she thought through ways to hide him, however, he nodded to her and began to shrink again. Before she knew it, he was back to his normal size. She blinked, and then smiled, scooped him up, and started home. There was going to be some really interesting stuff going on in the next few weeks at the very least.
Until he forgets about me.
