Circumstances: The pair meet one another in the wastes of a deforested area. Ajra having lost contact with the shinigami that had been escorting her, while Tsaj being escorted by another arrancar in order to survey the area for shinigami activity. Recognizing one another as enemies, the pair prepare themselves to drive the other from the area.

[Tsajara Dread]

Finding her way into the world of the living wasn't something she was particularly keen on doing, but for her purposes, it was convenient for the time being. Especially considering that she was only here to get a feel for the place, to see what exactly it was like to be in the living world. And it was.....very unusual. The colors alone were absolutely astounding. The colors were simply amazing, blues, grays, blacks, browns, greens. All of it like some sort of wild and crazy dream she could have never otherwise conceived in her headspace. As one who spent most of her time in a greyscale environment whose only color came from things trying to kill you, or when things were being injured, you didn't have much in terms of a mental palette.

Just looking at her surroundings it took her several moments just to process the area around her, as well as the wealth of spirit energy in the air itself and the number of souls she could feel around her. She had no real skill when it came to sensing spiritual pressure, so she simply felt a general....weight of everything around her, and only because she was use to being all but alone in a vast desert. However she noticed that one pressure in particular caught her attention, making her shift her attention to her left as the other arrancar she'd entered with, some sort of escort, stood off to the side while she focused on the pressure.


The pressure itself seemed to be coming from a company of shinigami in general, but upon further inspection she noticed a single, lone figure that proved to be quite the sight indeed. It was some sort of....animal. Not one of the ressurected beasts of her own kind, or the monsterous hollows from her desert, but instead something more....natural looking, like some type of beast person. What on earth was that thing? Narrowing her eyes she allowed her palm to rest calmly at the hilt of her blade, her attention focused completely upon the individual before her, more than prepared to defend herself while she waited for them to make the first move as no doubt they would sense her soon enough.

[Ajraka Kuchiki]

Learning to speak was a bit of a slow process, but thus far, Ajraka had managed to learn enough for her to understand the base points of what was being said to her. So when the duties of shinigami were explained to her, it didn't take her long to begin asking if she could tag along and see what it was like to be a shinigami. The very first opportunity she received was to join some squad 13 shinigami on a patrol of the world of the living. What this entailed was...fuzzy, but she understood the premise of the endeavor. They would be making their way to the world of the living, and eradicating any hollow or arrancar in the area. A concept she admittedly probably was better at repeating verbally than understanding in practice.

However it was not very long into the patrol that she became separated from the group she'd come with. Admittedly she was not incredibly alarmed at the prospect, seeing as she was far too busy enjoying the sights that the world of the living had to offer, running about in her borrowed shuhakusho and taking stock of the area. However, by some twist of fate, it seemed that she found herself in a very convenient position when suddenly the air opened up and two beings seemed to walk out of thin air into existence and Ajraka found herself recognizing the stench of hollow spiritual pressure, a presence she immediately recognized as her target in the area. With a brief scan of her surroundings, she realized that she was alone.

The idea of being on her own probably should have frightened the beastclansman, and indeed many of her experience, namely her lack thereof, would have panicked upon finding themselves fighting against an arrancar among all things, fabled amongst shinigami as perhaps the most powerful and terrifying beings that could be conceived to face on the field of battle. For against arrancar, there had only been defeat in the past, the captains struggling to fend off the beasts even when outnumbering them. However there was no fear in Ajraka, for she knew absolutely nothing of such legendary arrancar. She knew nothing of the power of the espada, that so terrified her peers and led to the avoidance of the beasts if it could be avoided, she stood boldly before them, grinning.

Before even a single thought crossed her mind, be it hesitation or remorse in any sense of the word, she suddenly was racing full-tilt toward the arrancar, that usual fearless smile spread across her face as she raced toward her opponent, her senses on alert as she sought to overwhelm her opponent with the sudden blast of speed she was capable of putting out. Hopefully while the arrancar was still trying to follow her motions, the otter aimed to plant a hand into the arrancar's shoulder, promptly aiming to latch onto the flesh of their body viciously before her body rotated, her entire body going into the smooth, fluid motion of lifting the arrancar off of her feet and to slam them into the ground with enough force to drive them into the ground, and in doing so hopefully stun them long enough to give her a secondary opening.

In the event that this throw succeeded, the thick, muscled tail of the otter would rise up and then bring itself down with a powerful downward lash aimed for the center of the arrancar's chest to further pummel them into the ground, having chained her actions such to provide as minimal time as possible to allow the arrancar to recover from her attacks in order to keep them completely on the defensive, if not completely stunned from the onslaught of attacks she planned on unleashing on what she had, quite clearly, designated as the object of her aggressions. Admittedly it would be likely that the arrancar would not even sense any aggression from the grinning clansmen, but then again she did not plan on giving the arrancar time to think of such meaningless things such as Ajraka's mood.

[Tsajara Dread]

The unusual being was already somewhat of a mystery to the arrancar. Their lack of fear, concern, or even sense of understanding her surroundings at all seemed to be completely foreign to the....shinigami she supposed, as it sotted her. Those eyes narrowed slightly as she took a brief moment to watch them, noticing that they seemed to be smiling, for some reason, and noy only that they seemed to lack a zanpaku'to of any sort. considering the fact that a shinigami's weapon was supposed to be the absolute zenith of their offensive abilities, the idea that this shinigami somehow got by without one was one that quite frankly baffled and confused the hollow, making her somewhat....averse to the possibility of trying to engage them without first finding a means to determine their offensive capabilities.

It seemed however that such an opportunity would not be available to her as the shinigami seemed, surprisingly, to spot her almost instantly as she made her presence known, the individual's large, almond-shaped eyes seeming to lock onto her from even such a distance, the arrancar furrowing her brow as she found herself resting her palm on the handle of her zanpaku'to in subconscious preparration for an attack. She wasn't sure precisely....well no that was just a goddamn lie. She knew exactly why she was uneasy, the shinigami didn't even look like a shinigami aside from the uniform, and that was not an opponent she was particularly keen on engaging needlessly.

The sudden burst of speed caught Tsaj completely off guard as that beast seemed to simply begin blurring in her direction, causing her non-heart to suddenly race as she found herself tightening her grip on the handle of her zanpaku'to and tensing as she widened her stance, her eyes struggling fervently in a rather futile attempt to try and track the individual as they raced for her, completely unprepared as the otter was almost immediately in her face, getting a full view of that innocent, unafraid smile plastered across the visage of that lightly-colored mammal, an expression that both unnerved her and scared her just a little.

Her nerve however hardly was able to come into play as a powerful set of digits quite suddenly came to clamp themselves around her shoulder, causing her heart to suddenly skip as the pressure gave her an alarming reality check, that hand resting on the handle of her zanpaku'to rapidly sliding forward as she drew her blade, attempting to pull it from it's sheath in time to launch some sort of counter-offensive before the grip could be capitalized upon, but her attempt was in vain as very suddenly she found her entire world flipping upisde-down as she was lifted bodily up into the air, and her sense of gravity was suddenly shifted, making her glaringly aware of the fact that this was not a good situation.

That shift in gravity however did not last especially long, as no sooner had she been lifted up into the air, and that grip tighten around her shoulder, than she was very suddenly rushing through the air once more, cringing as she reached up with her free hand to grasp and clasp her arms around the wrist of the beast before her mind was suddenly introduced to a particularly sudden spike in pain as she was planted into the ground with enough force to knock half of her lung capacity out of her, her eyes shutting instinctively in reaction to the sudden pain as she gritted her teeth, very aware of the rash of prickling pain that raced along her back, inhaling sharply as she bit her lip, drawing her zanpaku'to completely from it's sheath at long last, her eyes racing up to peer at the otter as her pinky flicked from the handle to point at the beast, charging a bala at the end of her pinky.

However just as the condensed bullet of reishi was fired from that digit, that thick chord of tail, packed with more muscle than one of her legs, suddenly plummeted before her eyes, treating her to the sight of the limb as it swung downward in the direction of her body, allotting her a brief moment of regret as she attempted to roll out of it's path, though the speed of that tail was far too great, and the tail connected with her shoulder, slamming her back into the ground and foiling her attempt at rising from her position as, hopefully, that bala would hit the beast square in the chest, her intent being to knock them off their feat and away from her so that hopefully, she would have enough space to recover from the brutal set of attacks.

[Ajraka Kuchiki]

Nothing could have satisfied her more than seeing that sudden look of shock that rippled across the arrancar's face in slow motion. It was something that she had not exactly expected, not that she had had any sort of expectation or plan in her actions, and certainly something that she caught herself relishing as she lifted the arrancar off of her feet and into the air, exhibiting her complete and utter badassery as she proceeded to widen that smile of hers as a clear expression of the utmost joy she felt in lifting her opponent up into the air, even as the soft glint of a blade being drawn from it's sheath caught her attention, making her aware of the bladed weapon that her opponent seemed intent on employing.

She was only mildly concerned with the sight of that blade, all things considered she quite frankly found it almost adorable that such a weapon was being used, considering that the user itself barely had the speed to keep up with her own motions, let alone counter it with the blade. Though in the back of her mind she did understand what it meant for the blade to be in play, for unlike that blade her body was not reinforced with the spiritual pressure of her being, and that blade could ever-so-easily find itself buried in her body if she were not sufficiently careful in her assault of the arrancar, especially now that the element of surprise had taken it's toll and no doubt her opponent would be starting to stir themselves from the shocked stupor she had initially incited.

However she had much more pressing issues at hand as she so easily managed to slam that arrancar into the ground, knocking the wind from them and following up with the powerful strike onto their chest, driving them even further into the ground and giving her the "first blood" so to speak as she wailed the arrancar into the dirt with her, by comparison, considerable strength. Though admittedly, she was not expecting that small sphere of energy to, quite suddenly, go rocketing toward her body, and being caught off guard it took only a moment's hesitation of confusion before that bullet planted into her chest, blasting a hole in their front of her shuhakusho and knocking her back and away from her opponent.

The sudden pain was the first thing that came to her mind as she was knocked away from her opponent, her eyes quit wide in surprise, as fate would have it was now her turn to be in shock, as she felt the burning sensation of reiatsu etched into the front of her chest, the force having completely lifted her off of her feet and sent her back and crashing into the ground where she could let out a soft, strangled whimper as she slid back several feet before her body at last consumed the momentum of the attack and came to a rest some distance away from her target, with a fresh wound and a partially ruined uniform now clinging to her partially bloodied chest, though thankfully there was not too much blood decorating her torso as she brought both paws to her injured sternum.

The blast itself had completely blown a hole into the fabric of her attire, and the concussive force had sent her flying, but the physical damage had burned into several layers of skin, and even broken it at the center where the point of impact was, a small divot having been dug out of her chest, resulting in blood having frayed against her chest and even partially onto her face, giving the woman the first of likely many wounds she would receive throughout her semi-career of being affiliated with the shinigami, and she was glad to find that the thing had not simply blasted a hole in her chest and ended the fight there and then. It was certainly not an attack that would end her if it landed again, but she was very aware that she did not want to get hit again.

With a sudden surge of energy the beast leapt to her feet, her teeth bared into a very different expression now. That previously giddy and indeed joyous face was now twisted into a pained, and indeed incredibly pissed snarl that let the arrancar know that that playful demeanor had gone right out the fucking window, slammed into a tree, impaled itself onto a steel fence, and died right then and there as she became much more aware of the fact that this arrancar was not just some toy to be thrown around, but an enemy that demanded both her respect and her undivided attention, and of course by attention, she meant unbridled fury and wealth of knuckle sandwiches.

Recovering startlingly quickly, the otter once more put on an incredible burst of speed, propulsing herself with as much speed and ferocity as she could muster as she took both fists and clenched them tightly, those sharp eyes more than prepared as she kept herself on the lookout for any other impending attacks as she rushed at the arrancar. Moving in low and fast on all fours, the quickest means of travel for the mustelid as she closed the distance the arrancar had created with that strange and, in her opinion, cheap attack, her muzzle opening up to bare her teeth in an aggressive display of ill intent as she aimed to ram herself shoulder-first into the arrancar's knees, her intention being to knock the woman up into the air like a bowling pin, her eyes weary and prepared to avoid that blade as she did so.

Hopefully, if she managed to avoid the blade and knock that sorry, stupid, bitch-faced son of a gillian (by no means was she blind with range, oh no...of course not) into the air, she would proceed to immediately launch herself upward, hand open wide to try and grab onto the hips of the arrancar from behind, once more using that iron, vice-like grip to try and gain a hold of the pale, doll-skinned arrancar as a point of leverage with which to move them. And where, pray tell, was she going to move them? Why the ground of course, as Ajraka had each and every intent of plowing that arrancar head-first into the ground with her entire body acting like a malfunctioning catapult, instead f throwing the woman, simply planting them in the ground like a bitch-tree seed.

It was immediately after this attack that she would take it upon herself to quickly, and efficiently, move her happy-go-lucky ass as conveniently far away from the arrancar as possible, as she most certainly had no intention of providing a suitable target for that insane bullet-like attack to blast yet another hole into her body, the pain of which was, at the very least, something she could ignore for the time being, even though the process of pile-driving the fuckfaced arrancar's smug little mug into the ground would cause the wound to sting as muscles just beneath that wound would be forced into action to execute it, though the otter hardly found a bit of pain and discomfort as too big a price to pay in order to inflict the ammount of pain that she very much planned on beating into the hollow's stupid body.

[Tsajara Dread]

Tsaj was wide-eyed as she suddenly found that otter racing toward her for yet another damned attack. Her surprise of course stemming from the fact that this thing seemed completely unafraid of her. She could have handled a careful, cautious approach, as one would expect one to at the very least be careful and weary of an opponent that was so strong and reowned as the arrancar. She could have even respected them if they had shown any sort of hesitation after having a hole blown into their chest. For most certainly, she had to concede that this individual had taken quite a hit, but it seemed that despite that, the otter had simply shrugged off that damage and continued to attack her with a vigor that one might see in a mindless beast.

As that otter slammed into her knees, knocking her up into the air and causing shocks of pain to lance their way up her legs, as if she'd been hit in the knees by a sledgehammer, able to almost feel her bones straining to resist breakage as she found herself biting her lip, though she was not completely helpless, and as the otter knocked her up, she had a plan to retaliate, and hopefully in the process, put some fear into the heart of that otter as they went about their miraculously fast-paced rampage at the poor arrancar's peril. Unlike the otter, she did not really have the complete ability to so effortlessly shrug off what was clearly a danger and rus right back in as though nothing had happened and there was no danger.

However, as Ajraka suddenly rocketed up at her airborne form, she was reminded that she herself needed to focus, and that this beast, this feral bumpkin of a shinigami had admittedly managed indeed to throw her off of her game and cause her to miss a number of opportunities to reciprocate the damage rather than simply serving as the punching-bag for the woman. And indeed that changed as she found them rushing up to meet her. As those hands clamped firmly into her hips, locking her in place as she was now held above the otter's head. She craned her neck to look over her shoulder, narrowing her eyes as that blade sliced behind her blindly, a fervent attempt to inflict some damage and plant that b lade into her opponent before they had the chance to finish their attack.

However, regardless of the success of her attack on the mad otterbeast, there was no avoiding the piledriver, as soon she wounf herself slammed head-first into the ground like an extra in Game of thrones. The impact forcer her head foreward, bowing under the might of that heavy slam as the rest of the impact was distributed along the vertebrae along her back, causing a considerable amount of pain and discomfort, but at the very lest failing, this time, to do any sort of lasting damage to the arrancar as she was so solidly planted into the ground by the monsterous strength of Ajraka Kuchiki. Oh how she was going to hate that family name if she ever found out that this wretch was one of the kuchiki noble family.

However, once the otter leapt back, ready and prepared to avoid a counter-measure and probably dodge her nexxt assault, Dread felt a slow, boiling anger begin to ripple through her body, her spiritual pressure rising steadily bit by bit, as her anger began to well up within her, the damage already afflicted upon her now seeming like mere kindling to the fire of her rage as the woman bolted to her feet, pure and unadulterated fury clear in her eyes as she thrust her zanpaku'to forward in a stabbing motion into the air, like a beacon as bright light and energy began to ripple and cascade down around her body as a single phrase tore from her throat. "Wither! Destripadora!" That spiritual energy wrapped around her like a coccoon, briefly concealing her completely within a bright teal swarm of light before at long last that energy rushed outward in a miniature shockwave of her spiritual energy.

{ressurected Ripper}

As the rush of reiryoku ebbed, Dread's ressurected form was given full view to the otter, a new testament to her power as a hollow oh so long ago, and truly a sight to behold. Her hands, feet, forearms, and calves were encased in rough, avian skin that looked almost reptilian in nature, the ends of each and every digit ending in sharp curled talons black as night and with a lustrous sheen that defied anything to stand in the path of her limbs. Her skin having gone from an almost porcelain white to a dark, tropical tan broken only by a pale winding marking that rippled up along her right side, almost like frost or electricla burns branching along her skin in an intricate design. Her left arm from the elbow downhad been converted completely into a wing, dusky blade-like feathers sharp and tough as steel bristling with excitement, her attire traded for a much more oriental motif of hipless harem pants and her usual sarashi top.
Her eyes had turned from pale moonrock-white to a vibrant and piercing yellow, her hair darkening at it's tips and sweeping to one side, styled in a defiant lopsided hairdo that did nothing but amplify the enigmacy of her new form to her opponent, making more clear the contrast of power between her current abilities and those she'd been constrained to before. By no means was this the very same Tsaj she had been facing but moments before.

But time was of the essence, at her level, she could not sustain her ressureccion for very long, so she had to make damned sure that she utilized every iota of opportunity that she could do so. Her first move was immediate, as she threw her right hand forward, and chains suddenly erupted from her skin. no less than nine separate chains bursting from her skin, seemingly to simply generate from her dermis as they were fired forward to race toward that otter, her Prey's Shackles lurching foreward noisily, as she very discretely wove small feathers into the links as the chains were being created, whose purpose would soon be known as those chains rushed toward Ajra.

Admittedly she did not, in the slightest, expect her attack to land successfully onto the otter, in fact she was counting on them to sail right past them, as no doubt the otter would be making yet another full-forntal assault on the woman. But this too was accounted for. As the moment the Otter would begin racing toward Tsaj, the length of chain still slying past her would suddenly seem to explode into a tangle of long scythes, those feathers, so carefully woven into the links of the chain, would suddenly turn into meter-long Hunting Scythes. though unlike a normal Scythe, they would not snag the Otter as she ran through them, instead, those blades would seem to simply pass right through the otter' body as she raced toward the ressurected Arrancar, as if the blades did not exist at all and she were simply bumping into the handles.

However, the blades would show a far more sinister quality, as while those ethereal blades passed through the otter's body, they would poison the cells in her body that they passed through, and those cells so invigorated and full of energy, would find themselves suddenly locked into anaerobic respiration, meaning that rather than safely producing energy for the woman, they would instead be pumping out energy, but along with large amounts of lactic acid that would begin to bathe and eat into the muscles that gave Ajraka her strength and speed, introducing the beastclansman to a level of agony and exhaustion that she would have likely never felt before this.

Her intention of course was not to simply clothesline and end the Otter, no Destripadora's hunting scythes were not designed for ending her prey's life, but simply put if she did indeed manage to snag the otter on her blades, she would begin to feel a level of muscle ache beyond her years as the lactic acid buildup would begin eating away at her from the inside, and with any luck, stop the speed demon in her tracks, but keep her plenty alive, so that Tsaj could administer a suitable end to this chaotic fight from which she had found herself thoroughly and intimately enraged at her opponent in ways she had not thought conceivable while still conscious.

There was no doubt, that had she not been shot in the chest with the bala, it was entirely possible that when she succeeded in driving the arrancar bodily into the ground, that she would have likely grinned like a maniac at the satisfactory sound of the woman's spine taking the force of the impact, however two things kept her from this. First and foremost was the utmost rage that she had in her body for having been injured so off-handedly by the arrancar during their first exchange, indeed she felt almost insulted that the individual who was so glaringly slow and physically weak had managed to not only put a scratch on her, but had drawn a respectable ammount of blood from her all in the same breath, an idea that was positively ridiculous to conceive as anything other than an insult to her capabilities.

Second, was the fact that while she drove the arrancar into the ground with that aggressive attack, that blade had found it's way piercing into her side, that blade sharp ad dangerous as ever finding it's way past her flesh and into her body, even digging through her into the other side in an exchange of injury as she so forcefully slammed the arrancar into the ground though at the expense of that blade piercing her painfully, direly, though thankfully not fatally as it were, the wound itself occuring just to the side of her kidney, missing any sort of important organs, though of course it was hardly a pleasant and fulfilling experience to have a sword cutting into your flesh and muscle.

When at least she finally pulled away from the arrancar after her attack she took a moment to grasp onto her bleeding wound, digging into that flesh in pain as she let out an irate growl and all but screeched her displeasure at having been so wounded, the bleeding was not as sudden as the wound to her chest, but it certainly was much more persistent than the one to he chest, and she foudn herself cringing in pain, agony that infuriated and set her blood aboil with a seething, rippling rage that set her teeth into a jaw-clenching grimace as she recovered from the wound surprisingly quickly, evenif a light trickle of blood would continuously be running down her hip on that left side, opposite the pre-existing scar on the other side that evidently would be getting a buddy.

However it was, at least comforting to see that her injury was not without reward, and the devastating blow she'd inflicted on the arrancar was more than noticeable as she set her eyes on the arrancar as they took their own time to recover from their wound, perhaps not as acute, but certainly more impactful as it had afflicted a much larger portion of their body, along with the fact that most of the damage had been funneled into the opponent's back, the framework of what allowed a combatant to remain upright and capable of fighting. While admittedly Ajraka was a bit too focused on her rage to think about that sort of tactical mojo, the fact that of the matter was no less important.

And indeed, even as her opponent got up, in the deeper recesses of her mind, Ajraka was actually immensely proud of herself for having managed to inflict such incredible pain upon her enemy while having taken a minimal ammount of damage in reciprocation that she had been able to for the most part throw them around like a ragdoll while only suffering two....minor....ish, wounds in the process. The concept of pride in her name as a Kuchiki was, of course behyond her at this point, but she was certainly not below the capacity to puff herself up after an acheivement such that she had accomplished in so short an amount of time that she had been fighting this wench.

However, her musings of self idolization were put to an abrupt end when that sudden burst of reiryoku brought her back to reality. Her opponent had gotten to her feet, and simple minded or not, she recognized an angry look when she saw one. Face tensed into a snarl, lips pulled back to reveal teeth, it was more than clear that Ajraka could tell the arrancar was injured even without having to understand what Dread wasn't saying. Admittedly she'd had a good opponent in that Dread didn't talk much, and Ajraka couldn't understand english anyway. However there was a bit more than just pure and simple rage to the arrancar's exclamation of malcontent and displeasure at the success of ajraka's attacks thus far.

As that pale woman shouted out, Ajraka found herself confronted with the massive energy that was an arrancar's release, and after which, she could see them for what they truly were. The transformation was actually quite confusing to the Kuchiki adoptee, seeing so much energy, indeed reminding her of the trick her adoptive father had used to turn rocks into precious metals, And indeed, just like those rocks, this woman underwent an equally stunning transformation, one that actually caused her to pause in order to gape slightly at the shift in appearance that had shrouded and been thrust upon her like some glorious vision of a warrior, as such indeed was the form of a true valkyrie, a raptor of battle.

However she hardly had time to simply stand about, gawking at the arrancar's release all day, and as the arrancar thrust their arm forward, sending a deluge of chains in her direction that couldn't be made more clear a point as she was forced to sidestep deftly as those chains raced past the Beastclansman, a smirk spread calmly across those features as they would immediately let out a roar of their own as she began to rush in toward the newly-ressurected arrancar, her entire body reacting to that new appearance, the separation of states making it very clear that she needed to put this thing down before it could establish a proper counter-attack, her intent being to stop this strange and unusual attack before it could come to fruition.

However, she was not halfway on her journey to deliver yet another dose of teeth-kicking when suddenly she saw blades erupt infront of her, and at her speed she didn't have the time to slow down fast enough to avoid them, her body bristling as she smacked into those handles, but amazingly, as those blades passed through her body, she didn't feel a thing, and indeed it seemed as if nothing would come of those blades rushing through her body, and in her astonishment she wondered if it was some sort of trick designed to stop her from continuing her attack and to hold back in order to rethink her strategy. But that was not going to be the case, even as she felt her muscles begin to ever-so-slightly burn from her continuous attacks, she forged onward and even unleashed a burst of her own reiatsu.

Ajraka's own release was not terribly unlike the arrancar's ressureccion, her body suddenly changing, that creamy brown fur of hers shifting to a light, translucent colorlessness that dramatically shifted her pelt from brown to a bright and contrasted white sheen that made her almost seem to phase into an albino phenotype, her spine elongated, as did that already-dangerous tail of hers, making her taller as she continued to speed toward her enemy. Her claws began to feel sharper, and small whisker-like spines slithered out of her back along the dorsal region of her spine, her teeth aching only slightly as her jaw strengthened and her teeth grew longer, sharper, more pointy, and that fur of hers thickened, as those glands that kept her waterproof seal of oil suddenly went into overdrive. And as she approached the arrancar she launched her assault as she finished her Yaseishin transformation "Kawasuo".

As she closed in on the arrancar, she lowered herself, weary of the wing that had replaced the woman's left arm as she rose onto two feet at the last moment, attacking high instead of low this time around in an attempt to throw off the arrancar and ram one fist into the direction of the woman's face, her intention being to send her flying while at that same time, those glands of hers, having over-saturated her fur, would result in a considerable amount of oil to be transferred to the woman's face as she was punched, and in doing so that oil would immediately begin reacting with their skin and begin hardening, solidifying to begin covering the woman's face in a hard shell, one that would make fighting considerably harder at it crept along her face.

This however was not to be her only attack, as she would keep up a fluid, seamless combination, following up her punch with a spin, aiming to slam that elongated, muscular tail into the arraqncar's side just below that blade-pinion'd wing, further coating the woman in that hardening mucus to further inhibit her movement as that tail would, undoubtedly wreck the woman's ability to recover, her attacks more aimed to keep her opponent continuously off-balance. And as thefinish to her little combo she would perform a powerful leaping double-kick in which she would try to plant both feet firmly into the woman's chest and propel her as far as possible, as hard as possible, into the nearest surface behind her, more than intent on wrecking the arrancar's body while she still had the chance.

However she was glaringly aware of the strain on her body of using such speed so continuously, and after her combo, she skirted back and, attempted, to rest and allow her muscles some respite. However, to her horror, her muscles didn't stop burning, but rather that burning ache continued to grow, more and more painful, as if she were still running full-tilt. Her lungs suddenly felt hot and she dropped to one knee. What on earth was this?! She hadn't the slightest idea, and her mind shot back to those blades that had passed through her like nothing. Had they been poisoned?! She dropped onto all fours, wheezing as her body would fervently try to stop that lactic acid from building up, but those scythes had passed through enough of her that she could already start to feel the lactic acid begin burning into her flesh from inside of her, and the pain became so intense that she couldn't even muster the will to screech out in agony as she did her best to try and recover from whatever had been put in her.

Seeing the otter take her scythes and continue coming at her both surprised, and in some weird way impressed the Arrancar as they continued to run toward them, teeth bared, fists clenched, coiling back ready to-OSHITshe'sgonnahitmeintheface. The connection of that wet, oily fist with her face was not something that was in the slightest, pleasant. In fact it hurt like hell, smelled even weirder like some sort of sugary cream, and the fact of the matter that made it even more horrifying was the fact that that sweet-smelling oil, once attached to her face, began to harden, causing a grunt of alarm as her face froze up on the side where it had impacted, and her disgruntled sound of disapproval was only made worse.

What made it worse, was the fact that while her vision and facial range of motion was suppressed by that hardening oil, a second, much more forceful blow connected with her side, throwing off her balance and staggering her as she stumbled slightly from her stance, the impact once more applying a layer of that hardening oil to her side, the oil locking in place and hardening over her body as se was further inhibited by the oil that now covered her side, keeping her from moving that portion of her body properly as it clung to her body like some sort of terrible, sweet-smelling shell intent on keeping er from retaliating while that viscous fluid made it much more difficult to get a hold of what was going on, especially since the stuff on her face was fucking up her vision.

And finally, she felt one final impact, twin feet slamming into her chest, this time completely knocking the air from her lungs as she was sent flying, cringing and even further injured as she began to tumble, impacting heavily with the ground repeatedly, each one like a fresh punch to her form before at long lat she slammed into a tree, gasping out as she crumpled to the ground, reaching up and tearing that husk from er face, her entire body in pain as she shattered that encasement in short order, staggering forward as she panted heavily, grunting softly as she did so, the air finally beginning to refill her lungs and provide her with the oxygen she needed to refresh herself and recover from that tremendous damage.

She hadn't the slightest of ideas how it was that the beast managed to be so strong, and irritating at the same time. She blamed a portion of that on the shinigami in general, for creating this....thing, that was some sort of fighting monster. Most definitely, she would be certainly keeping an eye and ears out for any rumors as to what the kafuck these beasts were that the shinigami employed to fight with them. Truly and honestly she had heard absolutely nothing about whatever this woman was, and quite frankly the very sight of her made the arrancar further enraged to the point that she almost considered tearing off her arm, just so she'd have something to throw at her, but thankfully she had plenty of other things to send in the beast's direction.

However, when she finally did spot that beast, they were not rushing at her for yet another attack, nor were they in her face, shoving their fist into her skull, which she was happy to say was probably the furthest.....well...not the first, thing on the otter's mind. She was glaringly aware that the otter was in pain, giving her a very deep-seated, sick pleasure at the effect of her scythes on the otter as she slowly, and painfully, managed to rise to her feet, her body aching all over, and no doubt there would be significant bruising all over her as a result of the combat with the mad fighting beast. Her state was by no means a good one, and she was glaringly aware of the fact that she would likely not be able to take another set of combos like that without some sort of permanent damage.

However as she noticed that the otter was not rising from her prone position on the ground, a slow smile spread across Dread Tsaj's features as it occurred to her that an individual who used up so much energy and had considerable muscle fatigue as it was already, would likely be steeped into agony far more quickly, and that this athletic, gymnast of a shinigami, was very likely in enough pain that she would not be getting up to further inflict pain upon the rather haggard arrancar any time soon, which meant that for all intents and purposes, she had won. That burning would not go away until something removed the poison from the otter's body, so effectively, the Shinigami beast was done for. She had won this fight.

With a soft chuckle, Dread allowed her ressureccion to fade, returning her to her normal form, those chains vanishing as her body was returned to it's normal state, bruises peppering her body here and there as she took a moment to cough, grunting as she felt her chest and took a moment to realize the extent of her injuries. Between the constant blows to her body as well as being piledriven into the ground, she was lucky that she was so apt at recovering from this kind of punishment. Had she not managed to snag the zealous bitch in her scythes, she may very well have lost this fight, and quite frankly, she barely had the ability to stand due to the damage to her back. Though hopefully it was not serious enough to result in long-termg damage.

With a grunt, and a slow rise to her feet, she took one last look at her defeated opponent. Were she a particularly sympathetic individual she might have tried to help the woman back up, but really, she had brought this upon herself, and the arrancar simply turned her back on the downed animal as she began to make her way toward the escort that had tagged along with her. She was done here, and quite frankly would need to rest, something she intensely looked forward to as she limped off in the direction of the slowly-opening garganta that her escort opened before her. Thankfully, the arrancar had the state of mind not to make any snide comments as Dread passed through and into the black maw that was the entrance to hueco mundo.

Looking over her shoulder, she narrowed her eyes as she watched the door closing behind her, intent on leaving the injured otter on the ground as it were, there was nothing but curiosity as that black void closed up, and even as the Otter faded from her sight, Tsaj could not help but wonder what sort of creature they might develop into, a slow smirk spreading across her face as she made her way back to Las Noches, where no doubt she would spend several days recovering from the vicious fight that had finally concluded. There was no doubt in her mind now, that she had made the right choice in making her way to Las Noches, and he most certainly looked forward to meeting that bitch of an otter once again in the future.

Ajraka felt her release fading from her as she found herself curling into a fetal position as her body continued to attack itself, panting heavily, even as she noticed out of the corner of her eye, the exit of her opponent. The concept of victory was not something that often crossed the mind of the Beastclansmen. In her world, previously, there was simply fun, and no fun. So long as she survived she never cared for whether or not she was the "winner" the "loser" or what have you, she only cared that she continued to exist, and that she had a good time in the process of doing so where she could adequately enjoy the spoils of the endeavor.

However, as she watched that black mouth swallow up her enemy, as she did indeed begin to associate that horrid arrancar as an enemy, for the very first time in her life, she felt cheated in her defeat. It was not the indignant, spoiled emotion of someone who had always gotten what they wanted, indeed she had 'lost' many time before, and had no issue with taking hits, estaping with her life, and living to fight another day. But this had been different, somewhere in the course of this fight, she had found something more than just amusement in this fight, in the rage and roar of battle she had found a pleasure not just in combat itself, but in the fact that she was going to beat that smug pale face, that she was going to prevail over this creature that was so feared, and that she was going to send them packing.

Instead, she had all but destroyed the enemy, but in the process had been almost crippled in the hits they had managed to execute along-side the fact that she was, still at this very moment, bleeding. And even as she could sense her escort, having been drawn by the reiatsu of their battle, she found herself biting her lip to the point were more blood began to spill and begin filling her mouth. She had no doubt in her mind that she was going to have yet another scar from the wound in her side. Along with one in the center of her chest as a result of the bala that had so abruptly stopped her first assault on the bitch of an arrancar. But as she found herself being lifted and carried toward the senkaimon, she felt a thought reach her mind that was far more complex than she was used to.

She did not just want to find that arrancar again, or really any arrancar for that matter. No, that doll-skinned arrancar had earned herself a special place in the beastclansman's heart and mind. Deep down in her heart of hearts, she had a goal in mind. A goal that would drive her to put effort not only into her training, but into learning to speak, to think, and to develop a cunning that would allow her to fight such opponents in the future. Just getting by was not enough anymore, and she was no longer going to settle with escaping with just her life, for what point was there in living if there wee regrets? And for the first time indeed Ajraka had a taste of regret, a bitter and aching emotion whose sting almost rivaled that of her body's own acidic byproduct eating into her flesh.

This would be, if she could help it, the last time that she allowed herself to be taken off-guard by some unusual ability, and the last time that she allowed her lack of reiatsu-based abilities to hinder her, hold her back, or otherwise keep her from achieving a victory. And it would be the beginning of a new aspect of Ajraka's personality, one that might not be as obvious as the other more colorful and playful facets of her rather igneous and otherwise simple and clean persona cultivated by an apathy toward any semblance of responsibility. This change meant that regardless of what one might call the 'trigger, for indeed she herself was not entirely sure the exact point in the fight she had changed, the days of carelessness and indifference to serious situations was at an end, and she took that first psychological step toward being more human, more adult, and more.........shinigami.
