Shingai’s attack would easily pierce the bubble, the shield breaking through Raion’s Bankai and rising in several directions, but it wouldn’t destroy it; far from it. While water tension seemed to hold the orb together, it was actually the Captain’s Reiatsu that bound it in its spherical form, meaning it could be pierced, exited and entered so long as one possessed the proper spiritual strength, but it would not break. As a result, Shingai would still be trapped within the orb, but so would the Game Master, unless he was simply not present; all the Zero Division member’s Kido would do would be to divide them off from one another. Raion could not be sure of what was going on, however; his senses were dulled already by his normal drunkenness, and the effect was only getting worse as he stayed submerged in the orb of alcohol.
Raion didn’t know all of this, though; naturally a bit slow of thinking, even if he was brilliant in his unusual leaps of logic, and besides which his senses were cut horribly in the darkness. Unable to see and feeling only the ripples of his sake sphere as something cut through it, the lion’s first reaction was to believe that the Game Master had torn through the barrier off his Bankai. Reflexively, the Captain turned and raised one hand, summoning up his impressive Reiatsu Strength into a Kido that crackled at his fingertips, lightning sparkling in his grasp. Raion was no slouch when it came to his Kido, despite his natural goofiness and muzzy-headed nature; this Kido was going to hit hard.
To add to it, Raion quickly added the chant, further increasing the spell’s power. “Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle! Hado 63: Raikōhō!”
Electricity lanced out from Raion’s outstretched palm; he couldn’t see the flowing energy due to the supernatural darkness around him, but he could feel the impact sending shockwaves through the liquid environment as it blasted its way forward. Though the attack was electricity flowing through an liquid medium, it wasn’t conducted due to the liquid being made from Raion’s Reiatsu, allowing him to suppress the spread of his spell to an extent that it wouldn’t electrify everyone within the sake sphere. The Kido would blast along in a straight line before impacting something solid, judging by the shockwaves of force that rippled through the sphere, and then all was silent aside from the residual motion of the sake orb.
Raion couldn’t tell if his attack was successful or not, but he could hear more vibrations as someone started yelling. It didn’t sound like Kubi, nor did it sound like the Game Master from what little he spoke… it had to be that last guy, the newcomer that Raion hadn’t recognized. He was shouting at the Game Master to come out, as if that would help at all. However, the yelling did give him an idea of where that third person was, or at least it would have were there not a wall deflecting sound and making it hard to determine where the echoes came from. Still, Raion had the impression that the man was somewhere in front of him; for a moment he hoped that he hadn’t hit the guy with his Kido—he had more than enough experience being hit by lightning, and it wasn’t fun—but that worry was overwritten by another; where was the Game Master in all of this?
Reiatsu: 2900/4000 (-150 for Raikōhō)
