Akeru was hopping from rooftop to rooftop on his mission, his mission? to get some candy. He didn't know why but he wanted some and he was going to get it. what was the problem was he didn't know which kind he wanted just yet. one of those random cravings, you know? He was just hopping along when something occurred to him, there was a significant reiastu signature in the area. Literally right below him. He looked down and saw it was a human teenager, a boy. Though he looked hardly older then him you'd never think Akeru was almost 6 times his age.

He hopped down off the rooftop into an alley and stepped out walking swiftly up to the boy, it was just so odd. Though this town was the spiritual epicenter of the world for the moment, it was very rare that people with strong spiritual presence were located. Maybe he is one of Death Inc. That made him more weary in his mind, death inc. had been a thorn in the Seireitei's side for awhile now.

He quickly passed the man and then as he brushed against his shoulder he muttered,"I know what you are, but the question is do you know what i am and can you keep up?" He used shunpo in the middle of the crowd of people away to an abandoned building rooftop a couple blocks over and started to flare his reiastu. Curiosity would get the best of him he was sure. He just had to wait.

Vian hoped not to meet any shinigami today as he walked home from the cafe. It became a regular thing for Vian to do seeing as he had little to do in this town during the day to go to the cafe.He liked being able to flirt with the waitresses there and it was located near the center of town so Vian got to see a lot of people passing by wondering what to do about his situation.Maybe I can get some shinigami to help me.... well maybe not If I run into Kaen again though I will try to bribe him with chocolate to help me get info on the man known as Richard Garbe. Vian thought as he walked down the street towards his house. Soon he sensed a strong reiatsu coming near by Vian took notice of it but decided to leave it alone thinking. Its not with an evil aura so there is no need for me to get involved and its does not feel like Kaen so I don’t care. After turning a corner the shinigami passed by Vian and said "I know what you are, but the question is do you know what i am and can you keep up?"

Well well this shinigami is a little straight forward with trying to come after me and trying to start a fight. Im not in the mood to fight right now so I might just walk away but he seems to know about my powers I wonder what info I can get from him. Vian thought as he walked towards where the shingiami was flaring his reiatsu. “Well here I am, what do you want shinigami” Vian said as he activeted his powers changing the coat he had on from red to black. His gloves reformed the fingers they had lost. Vian reached in to keep ahold of the last knife he made in the encounter with Kaen. Ready to fight Vian stood there watching his opponent’s movements to notice the slightest hint of what he was going to do.

The human finally showed up, Akeru was deeply curious as too the power he sensed from the boy. His coat, it had changed colour from red to black and he seemed to have different gloves then before. Is this the fulbring that I've heard about from the 12th squad. Each fulbring was unique to the person who created it. He pondered this wondering what this humans power could be. The wind picked up on the rooftop, causing his clothes and hair to ruffle and sway in the wind, his hand came to rest on his zanpakutou just above his broad sword. He wondered, how does he know what i am? Has he met one of us before? This bothered Akeru a little, humans were not supposed to be aware of the presence of the shinigami as it could actually increase the chance hollows and arrancar will notice them as well, and what was more he didn't seem afraid of Akeru. "You know what I am, and you don't seem all that scared or surprised. How do you know of us? Did you meet one of us before?"

He decided to subdue him, make sure he wasn't a threat to the seireitei or to Akeru, he raised his right hand and simply decided to do the simplest binding spell he could. "Bakudo 1. Sai," he murmured. The spell was one of instantaneous effect, the man's arms snapped back criss-crossed behind him at the wrist. he could sense the boy's reiastu level and he gauged it to be about a third of his own. This would be easy he ran forward drawing his broad sword and did the most basic slash one cut from the boy's top left shoulder to his right hip. This should be extremely simple, humans are not meant to fight us. This left a ping in him, he wouldn't kill this human, not unless he had to.

"Yea I know of you shinigami i've met a few of you before.I was hoping to get some info." Vian said as the shinigami casted the kido to bind his arms. Dam what the hell is this magic well shit im not stupid I know that after trapping you go and attack the spots the can't move and right now thats my arms. Vian leaned back just barley out of the range of the attack from the shinigami. With his left leg Vian threw a kick to force the opponent back or at least give Vian time to try to get out of the situation he was in.

"Well shit what the hell did I do to you?" Vian yelled as his kick reached his target. I need to get out of here and fast Kaen never used this kind of things maybe this is something that only he can do. If it is then I have to hide and fast for some reason this guy wants me dead and I can't have that I need to live I need to avenge my master and clear my name with the family if not then I dishonor my name and the name of my master. Vian thought about all this and more as he launched his attack.

As the man leaned back just barely dodging the blade, he brought up his left leg and kicked out at Akeru. As it approached it's mark Akeru thrust his right hand up and caught his leg. His strength felt no greater then Akeru's strength either, He is in for some serious problems if this is all he has got, and he will tell me all that he knows about our kind and if he is working for Death Inc.

He tightened his grip on the boy's leg. The bakudo still binding his arms together, Akeru figured if he pushed forward the boy would lose his balance. As such his left arm raised again, the index finger raising up and pointing directing at his right shoulder just above the lung, "Hado 4. Byakurai." Lightning shot from his finger traveling the distance between them of less then a yard almost instantaneously, lighting through the boy. He pushed on the leg, most likely throwing the boy off balance and hoping back around 10 feet away.


Akeru is this really the way we should be be trying to get information from the human? I mean he doesn't seem like much of a threat to us.Raziel inquired? Probably not, but taking chances lately have made me a little apprehensive to being nice about things. He sheathed the broad sword, it was not needed he thought. He was sure that Raziel'sTensai wouldn't be needed either. This human was more perceptive of other humans but just as weak."You know about us and therefore to me you must do 2 things. tell me who told you about us, who they are and how you found them and also. Do you serve Death Inc."


He waited on the human's answer, depending on what it was would give him all he needed to know on whether he needed to kill him or not. It didn't take much to take on him, Not like Shade, or the Espada. They both left me to die, he wondered if he was the overpowered one here. Probably...

Dam not good Vian thought as the shinigami caught his leg. If only I can move my arms then I would be able to... Vian did not have much time to think before the shinigami shot lightning at him hitting him in the right shoulder and sending Vian backwards. Well shit lets see if I can't try and move my arms. Vian thought as he flew thru the air concentrating on trying to free his arms after about ten seconds Vian broke the kido. While laying on the ground he activated the first property of his fullbring before standing up Vian makes ten senbons and one combat knife to protect him self. He slips in the senbons into his pocket without letting the shinigami see him do this.

"Well thats a great way to make friends now isn't it calling someone down to talk then trapping them and attacking them. And after all that you have the nerve to demand that I answer questions. Fuck I can't even take a drink without putting my weapon in a bad hand o well." Vian passes his knife over to his right hand and searches for his flask to take a sip from it after finding it and taking a sip from it he splashes some of the wine over his wound then putting in back away. "Well shit I know you guys due to old stories from my boss and as for Death Inc I have no clue what you're talking about so I cant help you there"

His master? how...? "You said your master told you about us? explain this now!" the distance between them wasn't too short, but wasn't vast either. he saw the knife appear out of thin air and his hand slip into his pocket. he couldn't however see what he grabbed out of there short of the dagger. His eyes were locked on the boy's face. he had managed to break out of his kidou but it had been difficult, this human wouldn't stand a chance if he released his shikai.

Akeru was nervous, not because of who this human was. It was because of what he knew, what he might know. "You shouldn't know who we are at all and neither should have your master. As of the fact you know nothing of death inc. that will allow me to spare you that punishment. But speak now or be destroyed..." He rested his hand on his broadsword and waited, he felt different. like the battles he had fought with the others had changed him.

Vian looked at the shinigami then looked around and saw a wooden box. "Well im guessing you need to clean out your ears my master told me nothing of you shinigami. But my old boss did talk of legends of you shinigami." Vian said as he sat down on the wooden box. This guy is demanding like Kaen I wonder if there all like this. Vian thought as he pulled out his flask and took another sip from it.


"So you keep talking about this Death inc. what are they and why are you so curious about them?" Vian said as he out his flask away keeping a firm grip on his knife with his right hand. Putting his left hand inside his coat pocket to grab three zenbons and hide them under his fingers just incase the shinigami try's anything. I wonder what this guy is going to do he's jumpy something is bothering him maybe a drink will calm him down. Vian tossed his flask at the guy"have a drink it will calm you down."

"Your boss has heard legends huh? That doesn't seem to coincidental at at... As for your other question, you don't need to know anything about that. If I were to tell you that would require me to kill you, and i bet that your one of those people who want to live?" He crossed his arms and calmed his expression, this human was no threat at all. but maybe he could get some practice out of him. He looked on at the wound he had made and felt a little sorry. This human was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He thought about it for a moment, "hmm..." The boy had offered him a drink, though he looked like he was underage and shouldn't even have that. "I don't drink with strangers sorry, but perhaps there could be use for you after all." he walked up to the man and took his flask, then hopped back 10 feet away. "I've been feeling a little sluggish lately, lets see if you can get this back away from me," he put the flask in his lower pocket. He smiled, "come and get it."

He could use the training and he felt for some reason to train with the human though he didn't know why. This could be a learning experience for myself though, I know little about the humans fulbrings in general. Even if everyone is different this should give me some interesting knowledge. He tensed himself for combat, this should be fun...

"Hehehe whats with all of you shinigami and wanting to kill people. Man are all of you like this or what? As for training im up for it but no magic ok and if you don't mind I will take the first move." Vian said as he stood up from sitting down. Vian moved his right arm back and forth to test how far he could move it. "Great not the worse situation but its bearable" Vian brought his hands together to trade off the weapons in his hands under his sleeves of his coat. So now he has his knife in his left hand and the hidden senbon in his right.

Vian casually step forward watching each movement of his opponent. Vian rushed in throwing his knife at his opponents lower right leg. After throwing his knife at the shinigami he reached into his pocket and grabbed three other senbon. Hiding the senbons inside of his fist Vian gets close enough to punch the shinigami in the face. While throwing two senbons from his right hand to the lower left side of the shinigamis stomach.

Akeru smiled out at the boy as he agreed to his spar, what he didn't agree with was his lack of kidou use. Magic as the boy put it, he would use it but not on a degree that he used on others that he had fought before. This human was not worth that energy usage that it required. he was however very persistent, Akeru gave him that he waited until the human threw his knife then as it left his hand he stepped forward.

As he took that step he used a shunpo to put himself directly behind the human, the boy was punching the air he had been in a few moments ago and there were senbon on the ground quiver. So that had been his plan, he reached forward with his left hand quickly gripping the man's shoulder his right index and middle fingers digging into the hole he had made with the Byakurai. It must have been excruciatingly painful having him probe this fresh and bleeding wound.

He grimaced as the blood ran through his fingers but it was something he was going to teach the boy, the shinigami were not to be believed to be a group of people who were a game. "You are slow boy, you need to speed up your game or I'm going to riddle you with holes like this till you look like Swiss cheese." He gripped the shoulder tighter just to prove his point, this was a serious spar. he wasn't going to hold back so this human had better not hold back.

As the punch missed and all his attacks missed Vian stopped. What the hell was that he was right in front of me there was a small burst of energy to his feet then he moved forward and passed me. That could be useful for me. Vian thought before he felt the pain so he went behind me and grabbed my weak spot hu? Vian had been dealt many injuries before so he was use to pain.

"Well your fast but Kaen was a lot faster then you." Vian said as he turned around hoping to stab the shinigami in the face with his hidden senbons in his left hand hand. If I can land this hit then it will even the the odds. I know he's going to try to move away. Vian focuses his energy to his feet trying to move as fast as the shinigami did but fails and just causes the dirt to push away from his feet. Dam not even close I need to see him do it again.

Akeru released the human and jumped back, as he floated through the air at a moderate pace the human whipped around a flash of silver gleamed in his fist. A senbon probably, or something else extremely small. He then raced forward, slicing forward in another basic stab, this human was too slow to keep up and that would be his downfall. Akeru smiled as he raced forward, he was going to see if he could make the boy speed up. He closed the distance and smiled as he was about to stab him.

At the last moment he used a shunpo, disappearing from in front of him. He appeared behind him, off the ground slicing the blade down for the back of his skull. It would be a kill shot if it made contact, but he was wondering how he was going to be able to move. He wanted the human to move, to be a challenge. if he wasnt going to be then he deserved to die.

Vian missed again and saw the shinigami coming after him. He saw the stab and moved out of the way to dodge it. Vian saw him step if a flash behind him.Dam its now or never if I can't copy that move then i'm dead. Vian thought as he forced some reiatsu to his feet and jumped forward. It was a little stronger then before and sent him moving this time unlike before when he just moved the dust off of the ground. Vian was able to to dodge the blade just in time.

"Dam that was close" Vian said trying to catch his breath. Vian knew that if this kept up he would die soon. I need to get in a hit I guess a sword would be better right now. Vian thought as he bent down to make a sword from the ground around him. He was in luck there was a metal pole near him that made a steel blade. "Now how about we try not to kill each other?"

"Ah but as you see here, i am proof that there is life after death." He put his blade away and crossed his arms, "I can kill you even without my blades, it doesn't matter." He looked at the human with nothing but boredom.You have nothing that could interest me, nothing at all. nothing that could prove that you are as strong as i am." He started to walk towards the human with a blank look on his face. This was nothing, nothing at all.

He was half way to him when he stopped, "come at me, i want to see your best attack right here, then ill give you mine... If you survive, I'll answer one question you want to know to the best of my knowledge. But know you probably won't." He drew both of his blades and waited, he wasn't even trying but he probably would just pummel this kid into oblivion.
